Jacob Cooke-Tilley
Jacob grew up in the Dandenong Ranges of Victoria, Australia, and now lives in Moab, Utah. His path draws on psychology, psychotherapy, and learning and development, alongside Zenthai Shiatsu, somatic practice, Traditional Chinese Medicine, astrology, and Hermetic philosophy.
He teaches grounded, embodied spirituality in his own voice, guided by one question: where is consciousness moving, and what does the next step look like?
